Where we ship
We ship to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through our courier partners. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.
Processing time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (PKT) on a working day are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days
- Other cities: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: up to 7 working days
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and courier backlogs can add a day or two.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere we deliver in Pakistan. There is no minimum order value.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready, and check the parcel before paying.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive a tracking number by SMS and email. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately - we can usually correct it before dispatch.
