Intently started with a small, annoying problem: the oil bottle.
Every kitchen has one. It glugs when you want a trickle, it floods the pan when you want a coating, and it leaves a sticky ring on the shelf that never quite wipes off. You cannot cook lightly with a bottle that only knows one speed.
So we went looking for the tool that fixed it - and found that most oil sprayers on the market were worse. Thin plastic bodies that stained. Narrow perfume-style nozzles that clogged the first time anyone put olive oil in them. Spray-only designs that were useless the moment you actually wanted to pour.
What we built instead
The Intently sprayer does both jobs properly. Flip the head for a fine, even mist that covers a full pan or an air-fryer basket in one press. Tilt it for a steady pour when you are making a karahi, seasoning a tray or finishing a curry. The body is 500ml of thick glass, so you can see exactly how much is left - and unlike plastic, it will not stain or hold odours. The nozzle is deliberately wide, because the narrow ones are the ones that clog.
What we care about
- Fewer, better things. We would rather sell one product we have obsessed over than fifty we have not.
- Honest pricing. No inflated list price that is permanently on sale. What you see is what it is worth.
- Answering the phone. A real person reads every message, usually the same day.
