2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe our products accurately and to show colours faithfully. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour are possible. Capacity and dimensions are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but a change will never affect an order that is already confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price; if this happens we will contact you and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect fraud.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates provided by our courier partners. We are not liable for delays that are outside our control.
7. Returns
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, as the sprayer is a food-contact item. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Care and safe use
Our sprayer is intended for food-grade oils, vinegars and similar liquids used in cooking. Hand wash only. Do not use it for flammable liquids, cleaning chemicals or anything other than food. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this store - text, images, illustrations, logos and layout - belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
