As soon as your parcel leaves us, we send you a tracking number by SMS and email. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.
How to track
- Find the SMS or email with your tracking number.
- Enter that number on your courier's tracking page.
- If the number is not updating yet, give it a few more hours - the courier scans parcels in batches.
Do not have a tracking number?
Email support@shopintently.com with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout, and we will send it straight over.
Typical timelines
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-3 working days
- Other cities: 3-5 working days
- Remote areas: up to 7 working days
Parcel late or stuck?
If tracking has not moved for two working days, message us. We will chase the courier on your behalf and keep you updated until it lands.
