1. Overview
By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
Intently (shopintently.com) is an independent online store that facilitates customer orders and arranges delivery of products through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.
Products displayed on our store are sourced and fulfilled through these partners. We are not the manufacturer of the products.
Product descriptions are based on information provided by our suppliers and, where applicable, our own testing. We take reasonable care to ensure that product information is accurate.

4. Products and descriptions
We do our best to describe our products accurately and show colours faithfully. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour are possible. Capacity and dimensions are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerance.
5. Prices and payment
All prices shown on our website are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable for the order and applicable delivery charges.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the parcel is delivered through our fulfillment and/or courier partners.
We may change prices or run promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order listed at an obviously incorrect price; if this happens, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are requesting us to arrange the fulfillment and delivery of the selected product.
We process the order through our fulfillment partners and arrange for the parcel to be delivered to the address provided by you.
An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched if the product is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, or we reasonably suspect fraud or other misuse.
Placing an order does not guarantee dispatch if the product becomes unavailable or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
7. Delivery
Products may be fulfilled and dispatched directly by our third-party suppliers or their designated logistics partners.
We arrange delivery within Pakistan using available courier services. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Where a product is dispatched directly by a supplier or fulfillment partner, that partner is responsible for making the product available for fulfillment and dispatch in accordance with our arrangement with them.
8. Returns
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, as the sprayer is a food-contact item. Full details are provided in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Care and safe use
Our sprayer is intended for food-grade oils, vinegars and similar liquids used in cooking. Hand wash only. Do not use it for flammable liquids, cleaning chemicals or anything other than food.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
12. Supplier and fulfillment relationship
We work with independent suppliers and fulfillment partners who provide and fulfill orders for products displayed on our store.
Where applicable, Intently is authorized by the relevant supplier or fulfillment partner to market products and arrange customer orders and delivery.
When an order is placed, we submit the order and the applicable customer-facing price through our fulfillment partner's ordering system. The fulfillment partner processes, prepares and dispatches the parcel in accordance with our arrangement with them.
Products may be brought into the possession of the fulfillment partner before being dispatched to the customer. The handling of products, fulfillment, payment collection and settlement are carried out in accordance with the arrangements between Intently and the relevant fulfillment partner.
We are not the manufacturer of the products we offer.
