Refund policy

As we source this product from our suppliers, we are able to offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive broken or damaged.

Damaged items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us with a photo shortly after delivery. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Change of mind
Because this is a food-contact item filled with oil during use, we are not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. Please review the product details and photos carefully before ordering.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched to the courier. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
